We’re thrilled to share some big news with our customers and friends: Garrahan Hat Co. has acquired the legendary D Bar J Hat Company and brought it from Las Vegas, Nevada to Old Town Orange, California!

Two Traditions, One Roof

Since 2009, Garrahan Hat Co. has been handcrafting traditional fedoras and western hats, using time-honored methods and antique equipment. At the same time, D Bar J Hat Company built its reputation over nearly 40 years in Las Vegas as one of the finest western hat makers in the country.

Now, these two traditions come together under one roof. The D Bar J name lives on as Garrahan’s authentic western line, while our signature fedoras and custom designs continue as always.
